The purpose of my visit was to arrange a special birthday getaway for my parents, and it appears to have been a success. They greatly enjoyed their stay, particularly appreciating the swimming pool, which provided a refreshing retreat. The staff were exceptionally courteous, with special thanks to Prem and Mr Naveen, whose assistance was invaluable. The food was delightful, and the surrounding area offered a peaceful ambiance. Although there were minor inconveniences, such as the menu app, overall, my parents were thoroughly satisfied. Their positive experience reflects my gratitude towards the hotel and its dedicated team.
